Appointments can be made by ringing 5783 1522. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time, however, emergencies will always be given priority.
Appointments can also be made online through this site by clicking on the “ Book An Appointment” and following the prompts.

Some consultations require more than the allocated 15 minutes, please advise our reception staff when booking your appointment if you require a longer time slot, or if you need your doctor to consult more than one family member.

Fees and Billing Policies

Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, card (except Amex and Diners) and EFTPOS. Current fees are listed at Reception. The GP's at this practice will bulk-bill for pensioners, Health-care card holders and children under 16 years, except for Saturday mornings - current fees apply.

We use the HIS online system, which allows us to claim your rebate directly if you have your banking details registered with Medicare. Please ask at Reception for further information.

Recalls, Reviews, Health Assessments, Childhood immunizations, TCAT's and GPMP's are also bulk-billed.

Test Results

It is your responsibility to call the clinic for any information regarding pathology or radiology results. If the doctor recalls you as a follow up to any tests you may have had, our reception staff will make every effort to contact you, so it is important for the clinic to have up to date contact details.
If a doctor needs to see you for your result then the consultation will be bulk-billed in most circumstances.

Reminder System

This Practice is committed to preventative care. Our computer systems allows us to issue you with reminder letters appropriate to your care, e.g. Pap Smears, Immunizations, cholesterol checks etc. If you do not wish to be part of this recall system, please let us know in writing.

Telephone Calls

Doctors do not accept calls whilst consulting with other patients, but our reception staff will take a message and relay it to the doctor at the first opportunity. Either the doctor or reception staff will answer your query as soon as possible. Emergency calls will always be connected to the doctor immediately.
By letting our staff know if you require extra time, you are also helping to reduce waiting times for other patients.
