Our mission is to provide the highest standard of patient care whilst incorporating a holistic approach towards diagnosis and management of illness.

Appointments

Appointments can be made by ringing 5783 1522. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time, however, emergencies will always be given priority.
**Some consultations require more than the allocated 15 minutes, please advise our reception staff when booking your appointment if you require a longer time slot, or if you need your doctor to consult more than one family member.**

Fees & Billing Policies

The clinic will be Bulk Billing all eligible services from November 1st 2025. Fees may apply to non-eligible services and any enquiries can be made at reception regarding the changes.

Reminder System

This Practice is committed to preventative care. Our computer systems allows us to issue you with reminder letters appropriate to your care, e.g. Cervical Screening, Immunizations, cholesterol checks etc. If you do not wish to be part of this recall system, please let us know in writing.

Telephone Calls

Doctors do not accept calls whilst consulting with other patients, but our reception staff will take a message and relay it to the doctor at the first opportunity. Either the doctor or reception staff will answer your query as soon as possible. Emergency calls will always be connected to the doctor immediately.

Your Rights

Any grievances should be directed to your doctor, receptionist or Practice Manager.
More formal complaints may be made to the Health Services Commissioner, 570 Burke Street, Melbourne, 3000.
