Appointments
Please book an appointment that suits your needs - standard length appointments of 15 minutes are not always long enough to address several issues or treatment.
If you are unsure how long you should book please ask reception or the nurse to check and a longer appointment can be made if required. Some issues are not able to be addressed via telehealth appointments.
If your doctor is unable to help with all of your requirements in the one appointment, you may be asked to make an appointment at a later date so as not to hold the doctor up for other patients.
We will be a BulkBilling Clinic from November 1st 2025, for all Medicare-eligible patients. All eligible services will be BulkBilled for patients - some services not included in the MBS schedule will attract a private fee.
Wednesday Telehealth Consults
Dr Manda will be doing Telehealth Consultations on Wednesday mornings for existing patients - appointments can be made online through the website or through HealthEngine or by calling reception on 0357 831522.
NO SHOW FEE
Please note that failure to cancel your appointment will result in a $30 Non Attendance Fee - this can be paid via phone. No further appointments will be made until this fee has been settled. Taking the time to cancel an appointment is not only good manners, it ensures that your GP can see other patients that may be waiting for an available appointment.

Wallan Family Practice welcomes our new GP - Dr Ali Altamimi.

Dr. Altamimi is a Melbourne University graduate with extensive experience in emergency medicine, ICU, home visits, and over five years as a general practitioner. He has a special interest in skin cancer management, aviation medicals, and chronic disease care. Dr. Altamimi is known for his compassionate, patient-centered approach and looks forward to providing excellent care to all patients.
